Haight-NoPa Repair Cafe

The Haight-Nopa Repair café is a local volunteer driven initiative to help reduce waste, save resources and money, share repair skills and bring joy to the local community. 

Bring your broken or worn item to the Repair Cafe event and our volunteers will try to repair it and/or give advice on what can be done.  Visitors are asked to make a donation to the Repair Cafe running costs if they can. Neighbor-made cakes will be available.

D5 Neighborhood Beautification Day

Join San Francisco Public Works for a day of greening and neighborhood pride in District 5 (Tenderloin, Western Addition, the Haight, NOPA, and more).

There will be 6 worksites where volunteers will garden, mulch, pick up litter, plant trees, or abate graffiti. The projects and tasks will be different, depending on the site and community group's requests.
